Shipping / Return Policy

Orders are shipped via USPS/UPS and can take 3-5 business days for processing. After processing is complete you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow an additional 24 hours for your tracking number to update. 

Once Packages leave our facility, we are no longer responsible for transit. If your package was lost or stolen, you must file a claim with UPS OR USPS.

Due to the nature of our products and services there are no refunds, exchanges, or store credit.

If you provided the incorrect address and the package comes back to us you must pay a reshipping fee.
