PROCESSING & SHIPPING:

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates. 

SHIPPING CARRIERS: 

We ship though trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS to ensure your order arrives safely.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES: 

Once your package has been handed to the carrier, AWARE Self Care is no longer responsible for lost or stolen items. If an issue occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. 

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES: 

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer store credit. 

INCORRECT ADDRESS: 

Please double check your shipping details at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, a reshipping fee will apply.
